hepatitis b test results

earlier in 2005 i was tested for hpatitis B results being
HbsAg +, Hbe Ag -
again tests hav been repeated in march'10 results being
Hbs Ag   +
Hbs Ab    +
Hbe Ag     -
Hbe Ab     +
Hbc IgM    -

Abdomen USG done few months back reflected fatty lever gr I,
though no apparent lever problems.
LFTs done in march'10 shown every parameter normal except
total protein ie 5.97
pls let me know d inerpretaion of rsults.

your results shows that hepatitis virus B is now replicating in your liver and your disease is now going into chronic stage..

Your results confuse me: on the one hand, you have HBs antibodies, on the other, you do not have IgM anti-HBc, which is a marker for acute infection. Are you on medication for HepB?
