Hi, like I mentioned, HBV DNA viral count and HBeAg positivity are important for initiating therapy. But there are other factors that come into play when recommending treatment, such as the liver enzyme studies, age, family history, and more.  It can be complicated, so the importance of a liver specialist cannot be underestimated. So, please consult a hepatologist for therapy options. Regards.
