hepatitise b

my hbsag is 250 positive.hbvdna is less then detectable. lft is normal, what can i do?

Hi, you could be having a chronic hepatitis B infection. Chronic hepatitis B is a spectrum of disease usually characterised by the presence of detectable hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in the blood or serum for longer than six months.    
                
For chronic infections antiviral medications help fight the virus and slow its ability to damage your liver. But as your viral load is low, your doctor may prefer to wait and watch. Please follow up with your doctor. Regards.
