I am not the expert. Are you from India, if yes from where? I have the same problem. I don't know how long I had this, just came to know 1.5 months due to acute symptons.

Initally my ALT was 785
                AST was 585
viral load was around 200 millon

my 2nd blood was
alt 120
ast 75
viral load was around 1 millon

My last ALT was 40
      AST was 35
hse ag non reactive
Total antibody reactive
anti HBC Igm non reactive
I don't have current viral load

Hbe is a different protein from the virus structure and it can be positive or negative but it has not show the presence or the absence of the virus, the protein that indicate the virus presence is Hbs and this is positive in your case.

antihbc igm - this are some antibody that occurred in blood during the acute phase, so if you don't have this (negative in your case) you are not in a acute phase

base on this interpretation you look that  are in a chronic phase and more test are needed in order to have a clear pictures.

but        but hbeag is nonreactive  antibody to hbe  reactive and antihbc igm is also nonreactive so its chronice or acute

Unfortunately, Hbsag positive and anti HBC Igm non reactive indicate that you are in a chronic stage, but it will not indicate anything else.

A high ALT, like in you case can indicate a liver intimation, but this can't be related to the HBV virus, it can be from other causes. So, for a better overview of your condition you should check:

- HBsAg quantitative if is possible
- liver status by Fibroscan or biopsy (if Fibroscan is not available in you area),
- viral load (HVB DNA)

ALT and biliirubin levels have to be correlated with the above mentioned test in order to have a more clear view of the situation and to establish if treatment is needed or not.
