You certainly can have kids. Your partner should first test for the virus and if the result comes out negetive, she would then undergo all three vaccination programmes in stages and test thereafter, to see if she was successful.
In certain countries pregnant women are tested for  infections  of  which hep b is one of them. If she is positive then you will do as Cally44 has stated, baby gets HBIG within 12 hours of birth. Some expects put it at 8 hours though.

There are a number of approved drugs for hep b treatment.  Your ALT, AST , VL and sometimes CBC will determine the kind of treatment to undergo.
You may probably need just monitoring every quarter or so depending the results.

Help your liver by not drinking alcohol, smoking and working with dangerous chemicals . Eat healthy and get lots of rest.

Click on the "Health Page" in the upper right hand corner area to find our HepB intro Page.  You could read about the labs there to have some basic information.

Your AST, ALT and Dna Levels are important as well as your e antigen status.  Without that information treatment cannot be prescribed, plus you should see a Doctor so he can talk to you about this.

yes someone can have kids the baby needs the HBIG and Hep B shot within 12 hours of birth.
