Hi there looks like an acute infection to me as you have the IgM antibody there and this is sign of recent infection. In 6 months time you will need to retest and see if your immune system kicks it all out. You have a 90-95% chance of clearing the virus and being immune to future infection.

If this does prove to be a recent infection, you are in the acute stage. Majority of adults, within 6 months of infection, usually HBV resolves itself... so I read.

Might want to talk to your Dr about this. Dr will know for sure.

Well, looks to me (a laymen at this HBV stuff ) that you have an HBV infection +HbsAg

+Anti-HBc IgM, indicates recent infection, could be an acute infection. but iirr, without a HBcAb test, not sure.
+HBeAg, could be highly contagious and high viral load.
