My ALT is always about 21,20 23 and AST n23,24,27 if I eat healthy diet they are in normal range for women(19),I also weigh 72 kg.So my question is is it a diet or weight thet is cousing my ALT to be higher then 19?
there can be so many causes but if:
weist less than 80cm
diet without fat and too much meat
oxidative stress normal (this one is very difficult to check because it looks like only red labs and europeanlaboratory.nl make these tests available to public)
it should be hbv....but alt can also depend to other organs like heart, muscles and kidneys..again if all organs are ok only hbv is the reason
