i am positive for HBsAg but im negative for anti HBeAg and im negative also for anti HBs

i am positive for HBsAg and anti HBe since 2006 but im negative for anti HBeAg and im negative also for ANTI HBs until now...on april 4 2009 my HBsAG 2,949.70 BUT NOW december 21 2009 my HBsAG 2,562,,,,, im 28 years old and im still single..please some advise what the best can i do,,i want someday to have a family,,specially kids,..pls help me ..please

having a family has nothing to do with hbv. u can have a family
make sure your future partner is checked for hbv and if not immune then have him/her take the vaccine shots. ( 3 shots over 6 month span ) once they show antibodies to hbv then it is safe to have unprotected intercourse. as for babies they are to be vaccined in the first two hours after their birth. that would be their first shot then over the next 4 month they take the second and third shot. test later for antibodies.

u see like a healkthy none infectious person but the chances of infecting others are NEVER a zero so be careful and take cautions. need to know ur viral load count so find out about it please and let us know
