i have recently test with
HBsAb reactive 226 mlU/mL
HBsAg non reactive
what does this means?
i am 23 years old, Male

It means you do not have Hepatitis B infection, in fact, you have protective immunity against HBV.
Most likely you were vaccinated against HBV or have recovered from a recent HBV infection.
