hi..
i am a chronic hep b carrier..
my recent ALT was 73..
my DNA pcr showed over 16 million copies..
wat treatment should i resort to?.

What abut seroconversion? Are you HBeAg negative? My husband's doctor said that if he was HBeAg positive,he would consider Interferon,but since he's HBeAg negative he's put him on Viread.Take care-April.

You need a series of lab trends to figure out what's happening.  One set of labs don't tell your much.  Especially when you give no background info.
