I am not that knowledgable on HepB, but to me it looks like you have had HepB and cleared it.

anti-HBs: Antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen and is a marker of immunity
anti-HBc IgG: IgG antibody subclass of anti-HBc is a marker of past or current infection with HBV

Hoping this is the case

so am i still one of those whom they called carrier?.what is the possibility of  becoming positive in the near future?

No if i am right, You only have HepB anti Bodies, so you CANT catch HepB again. Like me you are NOT a carrier but immune to the HepB virus.
If you were a carrier your HBsAG and anti-HBc would be positive.
