is being pregnant posible?

by omnia27, Dec 22, 2008 09:04AM
my husband is a carrier of hepb virus, and i was wondering if we could have a child.

my test results are:
HBsAg: 0.072= nonreactive
anti-HBs:28mUI/ml= positive

my husbands results are:
HBsAg: 3.0= reactive
HbeAg:0.0=negative
anti-HBe=0.0=positive

can u explain the test results for me?
and can i also be at risk for infection even though i have shots?
is having a baby safe?
can a carrier be cured?

thanks a  lot for your future help, it means a lot.

--You are immune to HBV, your husband has HBV.

and can i also be at risk for infection even though i have shots?

--Your immunity could be stronger, be more careful about his blood.

is having a baby safe?

--Have your doctor follow and yes it can be safe.

can a carrier be cured?

--Mostly controlled, few get cured.
