Yes I meant hav, but what is the limit for the immunity?
How to check if you still gave immunity from a vaccination in the past? Is there a test like anti-HCV quantitive that shows it?
I agree. Hepatitis A vaccination is a must for hbvers. Why risk your life when there's a vaccine available? It's just like a normal person not wanting to take hep B vaccine. We wish so much to take hep B vavcine but no use to us.
All Hepatitis B patient's should be vaccinated against hepatitis A.
An insult by the Hepatitis A in a already compromised liver will increase risk of fulminant hepatitis or increase progression to cirrhosis. Why take the risk?
Most people travel the world nowadays. It also takes two shots to develop the immunity and need a 6 month gap in between the shots. Some fail to develop immunity.
according to me no, because it may lower the little immunity towards hbv
if your area has no hav infections and you are safe with your food there is no reason, on the contrary if your area has very high hav infection you may consider it
