is it real!????

today i go to the doctor and he said me hbv dna 734 ui /ml hbeag negative and alt normal no need treatment just wait and see u may have a chance your immunity can clear? this is real my hbacb igm is negative
setef  and everybody help it is real or not?

Are you crazy ? I live with it at least 15 years and could be even 35 and I never had any sympthoms.

What is this?
This happen if you are not under treatment when virus attacks liver.
Here we help each other not makes patient in fears we are already in fear and need some persons who help.and each one support the other no contrary.
I suggest for you to get psychological help to get out from your depression

If someone on treatment and  fibroscan drops  less than 5-6kpa, also hbsag quanti drops may be from 5000 ui/ml to 60ui/ml  hbvdna  from 10.000ui/ml to 500ui/ml , ALT less than 30 all together as you just said ,  can  his organisme developed hbsab ? , Can he stop treatment? or must he continue treatment cus it's chronic hepatitis ? can chronic hepatitis developed hbsab with a good treatment? Can someone be cured of chronic hepatitis B and no hbsab are developed ?   if yes can take a vaccin ?

inactive carrier is only by fibroscan less than 5-6kpa, hbsag less than 1000iu/ml, hbvdna less than 2000iu/ml, alt less than 30 all together

hbvdna alone says nothing

stop posting and check your condition at least

you should make Fibroscan to make sure your liver is ok, also HBsAg quantitive would give information are your real inactive carrier, but there's a decent chance your are.
