I made a confusion, si in the indicated link is no reference to antiviral activity of olive leaf extract, it is leuropein isolated from Jasminum officinale L. var. grandiflorum insead
I'm confused now.
in the indicated link it is about antiviral activity of oleuropein isolated from Jasminum officinale L. var. grandiflorum.
What about olive leaf extract ?
the indicated link, mentioned that the leaf extract (or a aprt of oil leaf extract) has some antivirals activity against HBV (but it was specify also something regarding injection like administration)
- i only have a quick look on this paper, i will read it in more details later.
oliv oil has been well studied and beneficial while leaf extract is not well studied, i didn t noticed the question was about leaf extract
i d not use leaf, oliv oil is more than good while leaf may be useless
olive leaf extract is similar in properties with olive oil ?
it is beneficial in any case and for anyone but i'd not use extract but simple pure virgin oliv oil.quality of oliv oil is very important and i dont think you can check it from pills, we also dont know if pills or extract works like oliv oil
we extract oliv oil ourselves in my town since there are plently of trees so anyone has, so i can tell you you can easily taste quality but eating it directly or with some bread, if it is good quality it is sweet with no acid taste.do buy organic and of course nothing added to it, just virgin oliv oil pure 100%, not filtered
there is also a study on prevention of liver damage/cirrhosis on animals when exposed to toxic substances
