As Steven suggests, you need to re-test. The issue is that your anti heag is positive with all other Hepatitis B markers being negative. Take a look at the response from (Leeac) in the following post:

As whitegeese suggests, the test for hcab being positive indicates that you have been exposed to Hepatitis C. You need further testing like an HCV RNA to determine if you have an active Hepatitis C infection. (I assume by "hcab" that it means Hepatitis C anti body and not Hepatitis B core anti body)
