1 hepatitis have no synthoms until death, both hbv and hcv have no synthoms even when you are close to dye.you must monitor liver damage by a fibroscan or biopsy or other tests are useless to detect liver damage
in any case you dont needed because hbv was cleared a long time ago

2
you are already immune, you dont need vaccine

3
no, you dont have it

4 doesn t matter when, you cleared it like 98% adults do

5
your family must be checked and if they had no hbv they must be vaccinated

it is due to life style mainly, hbv can help a little to increase chances of fatty liver by upregulating cholesterol

also check your cholesterol and if abnormal you can use simvastatin, while on sim check that alt/ast gets lower.sim is also antiviral on hbv

also lycopene 25mg daily or red yeast rice lower cholesterol with no sides

im taking slimming tea and laxatives, slimming pills.

it is better to stop these things, they might damage liver

check my post "update on my fatty liver", follow my diet and supplements, i think themost important are:
vitamin d 25OH, must be 50-60ng/ml, 5000-1000iu vit d3 daily
vitamin E, 800iu daily but only from natural vitamin e, do not use synthetic one
4500mg fish oil which contains – EPA 1800mg – DHA 900mg

diet black rise every day 80-100g (weight is before cooking) per meal, bluberry 200 gr daily and mixed berries fruit

as regards fatty liver it is the same as hbv infection, it can make the same damage or even worst

fatty liver is due to being overweight and eating low quality food, meat, high cholesterol.check the posts by search box "fatty liver update" on how to reverse fatty liver

you have already had hbv and cleared it from long time, you are not contagious now

do check all your family because it is not known when you had hbv, so it could be when you were a baby or while married, if so you might have passed the virus to your wife or your babies
