this is an interesting article about the link between immune system regulation and PPAR-gamma increase.both rosiglitazone and bitter melon increase ppar-gamma.
all these are in vitro studies but bitter melon have no sides and we can freely use it

rosiglitazone has sides but these sides are on people with diabetes which damages many organs of the body so i'd wait to see sides when used on healthy people or people with fatty liver before thinking to use it.
