Like cajim said, regularly monitor your disease progression.  You won't be able to avoid living a normal life, most likely.  Most chronic carriers are asymptomatic and can't use feeling bad as an excuse to avoid the day-to-day chores of normal life.  So, its only your state of mind that will keep you from living the life you're supposed to have.  If you're new to HBV then it might take you a while to get to that point but you will get there.  The early stages are tough but there are a whole bunch of us here who have gotten over that hump and are carrying on pretty much like before but with a new appreciation for just about everything.

Have a doctor who is familiar with Hep B follow you, be calm, be friendly to your liver, have regular tests, and receive treatment when the time is right.
