my HBsAb value is 146mIu/ml. what does this mean?

This is a good news. It means that either you were infected with hepatitis b virus and your body cleared it by producing the antibodies, HBsAb or anti-HBs being quite high 146mIU/ml. Or it could mean your body has produced  so much antibodies after hbv-vaccination. In any case, it is only good results.
