There should be a prescribing information sheet included with a prescription medicine that will list known side effects.

This is a 9 year old post you should probably start a new thread
Found a clinical trial result for this herbal treatment virohep. The name of the herb is Phyllanthus niruri.

Here is the conclusion from a 2018 drug trial...

“ Conclusion: This study does not support the use of Phyllanthus niruri for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.

Hepatitis B has no general answer, it depends from person to person, so Is very hard that somebody to answer to your questions as long as no analyses result are presented.
Do you have some analysis results?

Baraclude slaims seroconversion rate of 21%

What seroconversion type? (I asume that you refer to the HBeAg and not HBsAg)

Virohep has been released into the market touting as a cure medicine, Soon it was realised that it is not effective against Hepatitis B, currently drugs like Baraclude are considered as the first line of choice in the treatment....Moreover Baraclude is the only anti-viral drug that claims seroconversion rate of 21%.

Virohep production has been stopped.  I called the pharma company HQ in mumbai and got this information.  I also tried to contact the person (Dr Thyagarajan who is now the head of reserach in Ramachandra medical university in chennai, Tamil nadu, india) who had invented this but till now there is no response from him :-(
