ultrasound report
Finding : there is a coarsended echotexture of the liver consistent with mild diffuse fatty infiltration. there is a 5mm hyperechoic focus identified in central right lobe of the liver . there is no intrahepatic or extrahepatic biliary dilatation and the common duct measures 2 mm in diameter. there is a 5 mm gallstone as well as a 2mm non mobile echogenic focus in the gallbladder most consistent with a small gallbladder polyp . No gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid to suggest acute cholecystitis.
The spleen is normal in size and appearance measuring 8.8cm. The pancreas is normal in appearance.
1.    5mm hyperechoic mass in the right lobe of the liver . This most likely represents a benign finding such as a small hemangioma however . MRI of the liver with and without contrast is recommeneded to confirm this finding.
2. coarsended echotexture of the liver consistent with diffuse fatty infiltration .Normal flow is present within portal vein . there is no ascites
3.       5MM gallstone and 2 mm gallblader polyp . NO sonographic findings of acute cholecystitis.

Hemangioma is not uncommon, you should talk with your doctor about further investigation.
You seem to have fatty liver which may explain your elevated ALT despite undetectable hbvdna.
From your other post about HBsAb, you may have cleared your HBsAg, that is why your doctor gave you a shot of the Hep vaccine in the hope it may boost your HBsAb to above 10 iu/ml. Whether this practice will work or not has not yet been proven.
