Thèse days i feel tired and depression but the most important thing is that i feel pain in  muscle and joint and pain  in arms neck and sometimes can't do such movement like say bye bye by may hand.idont know what happen.my vit d level and pth ca are normal.is there some one here could explain this or be in the same situation?
Realy need your comment.my check will be on 23 November so can't call my doc now.ths

right ,, lack of sun exposure and possibly dietary def. No other cause can be indicated as vit d metabolism occurs in skin and liver and u have both functionally normal

Thanks i Will discuss this with my hepato .because my family doc just prescribed vit d one ample each month for 3monthes the first one is 200000ui and the two other of 100000ui.for me I want to know why I have such decrease he told because I am not lot exposed to sun!!!!!;

check for ur serum alp, serum uric acid, crp and RA factor. U can easily diagnose ur problem if any of these comes out abnormal!
further tests will be needed after these preliminiary tests. All the disorders in an hbv patient are not necessarily linked to hbv.

14ng/ml just received my lab test by net.!!!!!

it is low level, insuficient. i have also 26.1 ng/ml which is low, optimal level between 30-100 ng/ml.

i've start have some pains around right part near stonach, in june i had 91kg, now i have 82. alt and ast normal ( 43 and 28 ). Only bilirubin level over the limit 1.5 ( limit 1). Could this cause the pain? It is not an permanent pain, from time to time.

Idée m'y family doc wich asking me to do again my vit d level because he sees that symptoms are not due to inflammation in bones but to something else and he has a doubt about vit d.i told him that I takes ample of vit d of 1000000just in the begening of September and at the end of September I did a blood test and it was ok.but he insists so I am eating for result.

I have the same problem since 14-15 years. I think it's because of my overweight. If uou are obese you can start loosing your weight.I think this is nothing to do with HBV.

Hi flynsky I believe you are not on any treatment, right? Had the same condition before i started the treatment tho i still do have some pain on my liver side though. So may be the counts of Hbvdna is causing u this. I recommend for the blood panel test.

yes i am not on treatment.i dont feel any liver pain just my bones.this case happen with me last year and i discover that my dna and alat are very high.with luck of vit d(17),now i am sure it is not vit d because it is in normal range but i think this is due to hbv .my panel is beginning of November
