nitazoxanide way of action on viruses updates

http://www.visbdev.net/visbdev/fe/Docs/drug.pdf

wonderful research made by an italian researcher in rome, i need to read the articles at least 2 other times because too complicated for my knowledge of cell pathways and influenza viruses, at the end she also explains how ntz works for hcv and hbv as well and the theory of how it works

to make it easy the theory is that ntz block viral maturation inside the cell so it acts very slowly but by inibiting the antigens inside the cells it weakens hbv and unblocks immune system which is suppressed by hbv antigens

it would be interesting to see the action of simvastatin and nitazoxanide together since both acts on hbsag, as to hbv reduction i'd use etv or tnf for it, that's the only thing they can do

the researcher suggests that main action of ntz can be by the possibility that maturation of viral glycoproteins may be involved in the antiviral
activity against HBV and HCV

this other articles explains what happens if we interfere with  glycoproteins production, in other words ntz lowers hbsag (hbv glycoproteins) and immune system suppression by hbv decreases.
i guess such a way of action would be very slow to see results (not like nucs) and i guess we don t see continuous results but results all of a sudden when immune system gets unblocked by hbsag lowering
