to make it easy the theory is that ntz block viral maturation inside the cell so it acts very slowly but by inibiting the antigens inside the cells it weakens hbv and unblocks immune system which is suppressed by hbv antigens
it would be interesting to see the action of simvastatin and nitazoxanide together since both acts on hbsag, as to hbv reduction i'd use etv or tnf for it, that's the only thing they can do
