conclusions: in some babies hbv escaped vaccine by hbsag mutation, it is very important to check for occult hbv because despite normal alt and low hbvdna this type of hepatitis is the most aggressive in liver cancer/cirrhosis development.

i am pointing about this because doctors don t know occult hbv and only hvbdna with high sensitivity or fibrosis detected by fibroscan might detect this type of hbv infection
