pls explain the numbers in my hbsag titer

I have a lab result earlier about my HBsAg. Can someone explain to me what these values mean abs=3.024, cut off ratio=0.105? Are these numbers alarming? I'm HBsAg reactive for almost 8 years.

attention do not get fooled by labs still using obsolete tests machines, hbsag must be checked by abbott architect or roches elycsys.the other machines are obolete, cannot detect all the types of hbsag (mutants are not detected) and cannot give hbsag quantity, calling them hbsag titer is just a fraud

This only means that you are infected. To tell how badlyyou should test all hbv markers, liver panel and ultrasound of the liver.
