If you send your blood to different labs, you will get different results. If you take your test a day apart, you will also get different result.  In the medical literature, they talked about 1 log change (10 fold) as significant, e.g.
changing from 2,000 to 20,000, or 2,000 to 200.

No significant change in viral load. Mine fluctuate between 160 iu/ml and 16000 iu/ml

My viral DNA decreased from 1968 iu/ml to 1622 iu/ml.I got my DNA test result today and it is 1622 iu/ml what does it mean stephencastlecrag?

It seems you have chronic Hepatitis B, with HbeAg negative and HBeAb positive, relatively low hbvdna (< 2,000 iu/ml) and normal ALT, you are most likely in the Immune Control phase. You should have regular checkups, to test your ALT and hbvdna.

You have not been exposed to Hepatitis A or Hepatitis C.
