Your chance of clearing the virus completely is about 1% per year.  Possibly a little higher on Baraclude.  Don't focus on a cure too much,  focus on disease management and a healthy lifestyle.  Make sure the vitamins you are taking are beneficial and not detrimental, the liver doesn't like ALL vitamins.

Baraclude is known to be an effective drug to lower HBV DNA with the best resistance profile known.  Most likely with this antiviral drug your viral count will be very low or UND in 6 months.  In the literature it is stated that the goal of antiviral ************** is to control viral replication, not to clear HBV.  Your willingness to adapt a healthy life style may help your liver become stronger and hopefully one day clear the virus.  According to what I read, vitamins from the vegetables and fruits are much better than vitamins from the labs.  After all, the latter are chemicals and require the liver to detoxify while the former are not.  Hope this helps.

You are surface antigen positive with detectable viral load.  You are chronic but not really inactive.

Are you only 22 years old?  And you've already seroconverted the e-antigen to negative?  But your viral load is still elevated.  I read that you are taking Baraclude, is that still correct?
