All we have to do is to know our do and don'ts..stay away from alcoholoc drinks and eat alot of healthy foods. Take good care of our liver..thats all..there is no cure but there is something we can do to make our life longer..discouragement in applying abroad..work hard in here, accept the reality bec. acceptance can set us free. I still remember my reaction when I heard that I had my 1st test I was 16, during my mcdo compliance of requirements for the newly hired crew, I did not continue the work, Iwas so down. But I accept it now. me and my sister was positive, I dont know if its in born might get it from my mom, we also had no hepa b immunization during baby, or we get it from our mom's nail cleaning apparatus like the nipper, we used it while she also used from her customers without sterilizing. It is very important to be vigilant.
