question PLEASE ANSWER

Will soap and water kill hepatitis B if the razor was washed? ( no visible blood)

Viruses are not killed very easily you need to sterilize razors if you really want to kill viruses on razor

No. But washing would reduce the risk of transmission. Sharing razor of infected person must be avoided.
