I recently attempted to donate blood however, I received a letter from the blood center saying that I tested positive/reactive to Hepatitis B Core Antibody, but negative for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen. Please advice on the same, what should i do, what is the treatment and steps of immunization .....!!!!

you had hbv and now you are probably  immune, check for hbsab antibody

also better check hbvdna pcr, hbe and hbeab just to be sure you don't have a rare occult hbv infection

once you get in contact with hbv you cannot donate blood because although infection is cleared complitely the blood can still infect for decades
