relax chronic hbv is mostly a benign disease, once you have hbcab igm result we may discuss what it is here
Yes they are different. Hbcab total is positive in chronic, acute and after resolved infection when igm anti-hbc is positive only in accute.
I'm not sure but most if not all acute cases are hbe+. Let's wait for others' comments.
hbacb and igm hbcab are different?so hbeag negative is good sign or bad?after how many day i check again?
You need to test for:
Hepatitis B core IgM antibody (IgM anti-HBc)
if its positive it's probably accute hepatitis, but until HBsAg becomes negative you are not 100% sure. From the other hand in accute HBeAg is usually positive. So you need to test HBsAg in a few months again too.
