consider that even a small beer daily, processed foods or drinks full of sugar may result in liver damage, fatty liver and fibrosis

if you like you can check if you have liver damage by fibroscan and change your foods with only fresh foods not processed or with chemicals added to it

also vitd25oh levels below 30ng/ml make liver damage, fibrosis and kidneys function to half, so you may also check this

do you have chronic hbv?
if yes go to your doc there is an inflamation
if not also check with doc ,there are many causes makes the liver suffer
