just follow the community regularly to know first

and precore I always read that this HBV E negative leads to a poor prognosis?
this is the main form of hbv, wild type is the rare form now, eradication of hbv is only correlated to hbsag quantity with current drugs.

the new drugs like replicor or gcmaf will probably clear hbv fast whatever the phase

Hello there,

do you think that new drugs are on the horizon or will they take a long time to be ready? What new drugs are coming

Also, is it possble for me to stay inactive for a long time because I am genotype d and precore I always read that this HBV E negative leads to a poor prognosis?

you dont need any treatment but find a place to make hbsag quantification by architect in iu/ml, if you find hbsag lower than 1500iu/ml which is very probable on inactive patients, you can clear hbv by interferon or alinia (nitazoxanide) or combo of both

it worths doing this therapy only if hbsag is 1000-1500iu/ml if higher you better wait for new drugs which can cure hbv which will be available soon, now all drugs are ineffective on hbv cure
