simvastatin combo with nucs

here is the article about simvastatin anti-hbv effect and combo with nucs, i am interested in etv+sim combo but it is not clear what 300:1 or 100:1 means, is that 300mg of sim per 1mg of etv and 100mg sim + 1mg of etv?
because both 300mg and 100mg of sim are more than FDA approved sim dose (max dose 80mg), the only safe dose would be 50mg sim+0.5mg etv, what do you think?

i am very interested because there was a study at boston october 2010 on nucs and hbsag, the most potent decreasing hbsag by far was entecavir for monotherapies and etv+tnf in combos (entecavir mono more potent than etv+tnf)

so i was interested in boosting etv effect by sim especially because hbsag is mainly made by cholesterol and maybe sim can boost hbsag decrease
