don't worry just monitor hbvdna, alt/ast and liver damage by ultrasound and fibroscan.what is alt now?

i have lived healthy all my life until 40yo with alt from normal to 40-50 and f0-f2 liver damage, don't worry at all since alt/ast are normal.after 40yo if alt/ast and hbvdna gets high is better to treat

cancer with low hbvdna/no cirrhosis and normal alt has very low rates almost same as other people with no hbv

my alt is 26 altrsound normal and only HbDna is 15000
