this is very interesting, i have also read in the past about staggered interferon/lam results, the nucs help revover immune system and interferon becomes more active in non responders
interferon/nucs combo results, not staggered:
int+lam weaker
int+adefovir stronger hbsag decline and seroconversion
int+ltd very stong, 2logs hbsag decline in just 12-24 weeks, but very heavy sides as miophaty so they stopeed trial
int+etv still on trial
int+tdf still on trial
int+truvada there are clinicl cases of hbs seroconversion in less than 1 year on hbv+hdv infection, i don't think there are trials on this yet
among our alinia gruop we have a patient on interferon+ntz, the best in this case is 12 weeks ntz and after ntz+interferon (like on hcv trials)
