tenofovir vs entecavir

good study with comparison, tenofovir looks more clearly potent but missing of hbsag and cccdna data can t allow to make comparison after 24weeks and comparision at 48weeks because when hbvdna in blood goes undetactable there is no way to make comparison between antivirals

i do hope future studies will only consider hbsag quantity and cccdna quantity to evaluate potency of antivirals because hbvdna is a useless data on potent nucs like entecavir, tenofovir, telbivudine especially after 48weeks
