tenofovir was recently approved for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in Europe.

What's the most effective, low to no side affect for chronic hbv?and what all tests should be performed I'm at the point of ultrasound and biopsy and ? If its needed and would it change the treatment if less or more damage is revealed? Vload load is used to determine the time before it turns to chirrosis and cancer right so how's a million is it close or what???????
