treatment of hepatitis B along with renal failure

I am suffering from renal failure and going thru the dialysis since one year and now has developed hepatitis B infection which has resulted in the retention of water in the stomach as well as in lungs .My liver is not functioning and SGOT and bilirubin level is 250 and 13.7 respectively and eyes are completely yellow. I am undergoing dialysis on alternate day and admitted in the Appollo hospital. please give  me advice on the treatment and  preventive measure for the spread of the infection to others.Thanking you in anticipation.
