trying for a baby. hep B positive

i m hep B positive. was diagnosed on 2007. does hepB virus make difficult to have a baby. i have one already and i m trying for other one. at first it toook me a yr. now for second one i ve been trying for 20 months. with no luck. its been almost 4 yrs since i ve got pregnant. my viral count might have been increased ( i havent got tested yet for count my liver pannel is normal). it they increased thats why i m not able to get pregnant?

No it shouldn't be. I think it's more of age thing.

it is no trouble at all but you must take tenofovir if hbvdna is detactable or hbeag positive to prevent baby from getting infected and fail vaccine

during pregnancy the woman immune system is suppressed to prevent immune system attacking the baby, this usually makes hbv increase a little in this period, tenofovir will block replication.it is not harmfull at all to the baby
