viral load level

HI, everyone i just got my dna viral load results which is at 2 million i am not sure what this mean but it sounds serious..i have a dr's appt this coming friday dont know what to expect.. I've read some really good comments here and would like to get some knowledge on what's going on with me, i contact this disease when i was kid..probably from my parents..I've tried to email my dr but i kept on getting the RN to respond and she cant tell me anything, not very helpful..... i very anxious to know.....plus i am scare my father die of liver cancer....

viral load 2 milions is not normal at all it is ultra high, with normal alt you are probably in the immune tollerant fase, just follow what a good doctor says about it and check liver by fibroscan although in this fase there is no damage in the liver usually.
also check for hbs-ab and hbe-ag and hbe-ab

just follow what a good doctor says, many years ago they didn't treat at this fase because INF didn't work but i don't know if they treat now with potent antivirals like entecavir and viread

Your liver looks just fine normal, your viral load 2milion is ok too is not high, u said dna normal too so i gues u seroconverted long time ago , dont worry just check it up every 6 months and avoid tirednes , alcohol eat good,

I am 39 yrs old, originally from NY but i live in LA, now i am chinese..i dont have those other tests in my eletronic medical record and they never told me my level....i got a call from my doctors office and all she told me was my viral load was 2 million and made appt to see the dr this friday... i took a u/s the results was normal i remember the dr told me to take this dna test and if it came back normal i didnt have to see him until another yr so i am guessing all my test was normal except this one.......i will ask the dr for those test level and post it.....please help i am so confused i have a 15 month old daughter i dont want to leave her.....

please answer these questions so that we can help you better

how old are you ? where are you from - nationality ?

can you pleaselist the rest of your lab work such as hbsag, hbsab, hbeag, hbcab and also your liver panel showing your ALT and AST

if you have your viral load already then i am almost sure you have the rest of the information that i asked you for.
