what does this Hep B result mean?

I recently had a full checkup and here are my results...

Blood
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Negative
Hepatitis B Surface Antibody 1000 mlU/ml
Hepatitis C Antibody Negative
HIV p24Ag/ T. Abs Negative
Syphilis Negative

Urine
Chlamydia trach RT-PCR Not Detected
Myco Genitalium RT-PCR Not Detected
N. Gonorrhea RT-PCR Not Detected
T. Vginalis RT-PCR Not Detected

Throat Swab
Chlamydia Not Detected
N. Gonorrhea Not Detected

Rectal Swab

Chlamydia Not Detected
Myco Genitalium Not Detected
N. Gonorrhea Not Detected

As you can see, everything came back either Negative or Not Detected..... However, the Hep B result says 1000mlU/ ml...... what does this result mean?

Thanks

Thank you. I have been advised by the Doctor to do a retest in 6 weeks (Initial test was at 5.5 weeks) for Hep B and Syphilis....... are these results likely to change?
