what is my Hvb status

My Lab screen test result are
hav igg ab  **positive
hav  igm ab  negative
hbsag quant.    <20mg/ML
hcv screening ab  negative

s- bilirubin total.   8umol L
s-bilirubin conjugated. 3umol/L
s- alkaline phosphatase. 83 IU/L
s-g glutamine transferase. 186 IU/L.      
s- alt (gpt)     100IU/L
s- ast (got).   41 I U/L
s-total protein 75 g/L
s- albumin.     47 g/L

1. what is the interpretation of this result about a) my liver status b) my hepatitis status c) can I transmit hepatitis to people.
2. can I start treatment for hep a b and c.

Thanks Mike9111. Those are the tests my doctor told me to do after a screen test of Sgot of 56IU/ml.and p- glucose random of 7.3mmol/L

Please, what do I do now?

You missing some tests like fibroscans, vitamin d, Hbveag, viral load pcr, Hbsag quant in iu/ml

Your ALT is high but we need other tests to let you know
