what will happen if I stop taking my medicine?

hi. good day everyone.

I am infected with hepatitis B and I'm currently on medication now. The medicine I'm taking is Entecavir Entegard. This is my 5th month of medication. but seldom times, I forgot to take my medicine. 3 times specifically. is it possible that I already acquired such thing called dug resistance? so i'm thinking to stop my medicine because of the idea of drug resistance. I think it's useless if i still continue taking my medicine if I already acquired drug resistance. Please help me. Did I already acquire drug resistance? Would I still continue taking my medicine?

First try to not forget taking(entecavir or other antiviral) . second I think It is your doc who will decide to stop it or remplace it if it happens resistance after you do tests and not randomly.and I don't think forget taking it 3times will do resistance .just my opinion
