with hbvdna 26iu/ml you need to check hbsag level to know if you have some immune control of infection

antivirals are useless in your case because they are active only on hbvdna and you have it already low.they worsen infection by increasing hbsag in most cases so avoid any antiviral now

HBsAg -                            reactive - 3.373

this test type is too old and useless on hbv infected or cronic carriers, look for abbott architect and if level is less than 1500iu/ml you are in the very slow process of immune control/clearance

Anti-HBc Igm                   - Non- reactive  - 0.100
you are cronic, probably from birth or very young

you have done the oldest useless test for hbv and they can tell nothing about the state of your infection:
check hbsag quantity by architect in iu/ml
check hbvdna pcr
check liver damage by fibroscan or if no fibroscan biopsy
check by ultrasound for liver cancer or fatty liver (US does not detect liver damage)
alt/ast

after these tests we may know what you have, drugs are useless if there is no liver damage because not needed
