in italy and european community, same law, you have restrictions only for densists and surgery, the restrictions are on hbvdna quantity it must be 3log or less, hbsag is not important, so if you take drugs and you make hbvdna und you can even be dentist

all other jobs no restrictions, plus it is illegal to check a worker health so your health and blood test can be known only by you.

same here. i am also a nurse. i always dream of working abroad, pro as in iba ung fears ko. dahil alam ko ng HEPA B reactive ako. nakuha ko sya sa mother ko. hay. nawalan na rin ako ng pag asa mag apply sa ibang bansa sa totoo lang. Hindi ko lg alam kung may pag asa pba akong dapat na panghawakan para maabot ko din nman yung mga pangarap ko. :(

Hello po.. next month I will be flying to Abu Dhabi UAE po and try my luck abroad.. Ako Din po nagpositive ako sa hepa-b bago ako maregular sa trabaho dati naman wala bago ako mag apply after 6 months lang nagpositive na ako gawa siguro sa mga street foods na kinakain ko.Tas after 5 years nagsubok ako mag apply ng Japan nagmedical na ako Tapos dina kami tinawagan kami pa ulit komontak bat dipa tunatawag,yun pala unfit to work daw.Sobrang na stress ako nun,yung tipong gabi gabi iniisip ko yun.Di na nga ako nakapagcollege highschool grad lang nag aaply ako ng electronics bumagsak lang sa medical.Nakakapaghinayang lang yun na nga lang pangarap ko para makatulong ako sa pamilya ko.Nawala na din ako ng pag asa lase hindi naman ganoon kadaling gamutin.

Best choice is canada. I think a country will accept hpb carrier once the case is also high in thier state. Sharing some light for all of you. Been with exactly the same situation before but still here i am acting normal as possible as i can and as how other does. 6 years of being a carrier

I was surprised, akala ko ako lang ang binagsakan ng langit at lupa dahil sa hepa b na ito. I applied and was hired in one of the agencies here going to Kuwait and Saudi, However, both medical results saying I am unfit to work. Even here in the Philippines, my current company requires Hepa B test as well. You need to have gastroenterologist clearance for you to get the work.

Pero saang bansa pa po kaya pwede mag apply via agency o mas advisable na mag direct apply nalang doon? Mejo risky din po kase pag naandon kana tapos na detect nilang may hepa b ka possible daw na ma-deport. How ironic, ba't kase nadidiscrimate pa yung ganitong uri ng sakit e kung tutuusin di naman naten ginusto. Sa mga katulad ko, let's just be strong and let's face the world confidently and that even if we have this kind of virus, we are still capable and deserves to have successful career. Isa din pla ikaw sa reactive HEPA b...ako tinawagan ko ung agency ko.hindi ksi nila ako inaupdate about sa medical ko...nung nagpamedical ako ...after ko magpamedical ..kumain ako hindi ako naka pag fasting ..kla ko dahil lng dun ...tumwag ..may pending daw ako sa dugo ko..edi bumalik ako at bago ako nagpakuwa ng dugo ..nag fasting ako mga 9hours ..at un nagpakuwa ako ng dugo dahil un LNG pending ko..pagkatapos ko magpakuwa .umuwi n ako ..tingin ko OK ung result ..tapos ngayon nag follow up ako..ang result reactive ako sa HEPA b.para tuloy ako nwlan ng pag ASA...at sabi ng agency ko..magpagaling muna daw ako bago ulit mag apply sa agency nila....

@enchong - I don't think that they will will give you lifetime banned. As far as I can remember lifetime banned will only be applied for expats who had serious problems with the government. People who has hepa B can re apply again.

Is it true na hepa b test is required only for 6 categories of workers in UAE (babysitters, housemaids, nursery and kindergarten employees, employees at barber shops, health clubs and restaurants)???
DOES IT MEAN IF I AM AN ENGINEER AND I WANTED TO VISIT THERE AND HUNT FOR JOB AND IF POSSIBLY I FOUND ONE..IN MY MEDICAL THEY WILL NOT REQUIRE ME A HEPA B SCREENING?
Does it depends on my employer also? If they found out that i am positive is it deportable?
Please, can anybody answer me about the latest UAE Law for these case?
