Imaging brain microglial activation using positron emission tomography

Hello,
Since it seems to be the case that the IFN therapy caused a neuroinflammatory process which is often driven by overactive microglia cells, it should be logic to do a test to get a picture about the inflammation.
this is done by doing a PET scan using a TSPO radiotracer like 11C-PK11195 or 18F-GE180 ! If our theories are correct the image should show inflammation. Is someone able to do such a test? I will do it in 2 weeks and post my results then...
