May you all receive the Blessings of Christmas, in quiet ways. One step at a time, we will improve our lives. The 'Chritmas Spirit' has been so hyped and twisted I think we expect way ro much in the way of jollity, excitement, that we feel a real let down when we do not go around with high excitement, plans, etc. my Christmas will be very quiet this year, more contemplative--what We have been through, how far we have come. I, too, have had my I year EOT Labs and continue to be virus free. I am trying to build on that, like I said, one step at a time.
May the season give you time and room to be yourself, reach out to others, find all those 'little' blessings, like Kim's walk in the misty rain with nature at its best and her hound companion, the resolution of post tx sides in the coming year, and, now that you mention it...pralines.
: -)
Blessings, Pat

Try out Curcumin (CURCUFLEX) it cured me of the annoying Tinnitus!!! I take it together with Dextromethorphan (90mg) which is only my decision. You should get well with the Curcumin alone.
All the best to you!! you will get better!
Yes I hope we all find some peace.
No Christmas vibe here either, know how you are feeling-wish they'd hurry up and ban it! I find the whole experience exhausting and I'm just watching!
It has been a while since I posted on this forum. Having a very hard time getting into any kind of holiday spirit. Seems like such a chore. Missing my parents and good friends who have passed on. Christmas brings more sadness with it every year. My tinnitus still persists and it really bothers me. I can't see how hearing aids could possibly help as the buzzing in my ears is so loud. It started 1 week into Tx almost 2 years ago. Wow, can't believe it has been almost that long. Am thankful to be cured, am also so glad I didn't wait, would not have done anything differently. Well the best thing is to count the blessings, right? Peace to you dear community.
i got a sheet with a meeting date on it, tomorrow at 3:30 PM. so, i'm in !! i'm happy because Ritalin could really help!
Happy holidays to all!
Don't overdo it and take care of yourselves. Block out any negativity that often comes with visiting relatives. Just....Pause... and don't respond when they try to push your buttons or, you can ask 3 questions about them and really listen to what they have to say.
mmmm
Pralines
thanks@dee!
i too was out in nature today, there's a wet area some miles away from the clinic i'm in and we looked at the birds there. it's really warm for this time of the year! well, i'm running out of ritalin but there's still delicious cake in the kitchen :) tomorrow i have to visit my doctor to ask for the ADHD program and i'm a bit unsure about what to expect from her.., i hope i can jump in, i hope it so much....
merry christmas to you too!
Hi I am happy to hear you are doing well. I'm trying to get into the Christmas spirit which is difficult with all family moving away. Just having my first cup of coffee I'll try to do better later. OOH pralines are my favorite! Good choice
Merry Christmas to you
I always feel better when I get out into nature. Even on those days when I have to drag myself to get ready or when it is raining
Last week, my hound and I went for a hike in a misty rain and the light in the canyon was magical. Glistening, wet leaves looked almost day glow!
Lots of birds singing and the creek had enough water - at long last - to make its own rushing sound
And yes, crossing something off your list always feels good, says the woman who has only 1/2 the ornaments on the tree
