Cause for LDH level of 494

My latest blood test shows LDH of 494, CK 227, Colesterol 231. Triglicerids70, HDL 88, LDL 129 and total proteins of 7.3. I reside in Spain and take Liparison for fats and tiroxina /5 ml a day . I have spondylosis and 8 injured discs. I take I gram of nemabutona daily for back pain. My age is 58 years and i weigh 67 kilos. The high Ldh has not ben explined at all to me but i want to discount Hepatitis( my workmate has it or heart problems as both my parents had heart problems Thank you for any info.
